Plan Z Solutions: Motivational Speaking
Jonathan Hanold has addressed small groups of executives to training sessions with over 1,000 participants. His style is engaging with splashes of appropriate humor interjected. The audience will be entertained and walk away with new concepts to reflect on in the office.
Like many, it took Jonathan a long time to figure out what he wanted to be when he grew up. During his journey, he
has had several very different careers. What Jonathan has done, and makes him an interesting speaker, is to incorporate the experiences
of his past lives into his current endeavor. Jonathan will involve the participants by having them do the same thing by finding actionable
ways to make prior experience relevant to what they are doing presently.
In addition to being business consultant and proprietor of Plan Z Solutions, Jonathan is also a part-time corporate jet pilot for a Dallas company. Jonathan speaks about applying key concepts
of being a professional aviator to the business environment. The issues that pilots think about on every flight, yet business people,
all too often ignore until it is too late. Given the publicity surrounding the recent incident with the U.S. Airways flight landing
in the Hudson River, and the many great decisions that the flight crew made, Jonathan’s topic is timely.
Depending on the
length of the presentation, Jonathan usually discusses several of the following topics:
· Having and obeying minimums
· Leaving yourself an out – having a Plan Z
· What does it mean to truly work as a crew
· How to narrow your focus during critical times
· How to be quick and agile, but methodical
· Knowing when to stop what you are doing
· How to leave nothing to blind assumption
· Calculated risk
