He brings an extensive and diverse experience of providing quality customer service, with core competencies in leadership development, conflict resolution, strategic planning, organizational design and performance design and development. He has worked with organizations that range from small start-up’s to multi-national Fortune 100 companies. His

industry experience includes clients in the telecom, high-tech, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, financial services and aerospace industries. Prior to beginning Plan Z Solutions Jonathan was a change management consultant for Andersen Consulting/Accenture and a Regional Director for the American Management Association.

Susan Hanold, Ph.D., is a respected executive coach and experienced organizational and leadership development professional. She has a passion for making people better and wants to partner with companies and leaders that strive to impact the professional growth and organizational development of its employees. Susan’s career as a coach, Organization Development (OD) expert, instructional designer, and certified transition coach is diverse. She has experience in multiple

industries and sized companies. She was VP of OD with one of the world’s largest investment and financial services firms. In that role, she designed, managed and facilitated the Leadership Development program for all management levels including the senior leadership team. Additionally, Susan worked at Pizza Hut (PepsiCo) where she designed the company-wide coaching model and restaurant management training curriculum affecting over 8,000 stores. Susan was a Senior Change Management Consultant for Andersen Consulting/Accenture.
